• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (if selected at checkout).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re local, you may select Local Pickup at checkout (when available). You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cctboutique317@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location to ensure safe receipt.
